Supervisory Body of State Contracting


The OSCE, is a specialized technical agency attached to the Ministry of Economy and Finance, with legal status under public law, which constitutes a budget and enjoys technical, functional, administrative, economic and financial autonomy, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 30225, Government Procurement Law amended by Legislative Decree No. 1341. Its functions include ensuring and encouraging the Entities to conduct efficient hiring, under the parameters of the Law, its regulations and complementary regulations, to carry out supervisory actions selective and / or random manner with respect to the contracting methods contemplated in the Law; and administer the National Registry of Suppliers (RNP) and the Electronic Contracting System of the State (SEACE), among other functions established in article 52 of the State Contracting Law.
