The Cluysenaar family is a Belgian family from the United Provinces, many of whom have distinguished themselves in the fields of architecture and painting. To this family belong the architect Jean-Pierre Cluysenaar, his son the painter Alfred Cluysenaar, his grandson, the painter André Cluysenaar (1872-1939) and the son of the latter, John Cluysenaar, sculptor, painter, draftsman and watercolourist .
