Mina Assadi


Assadi Mine (مینا اسدی), (March 12, 1943, Sari, Iran) is an exiled Iranian poet and writer in Stockholm, Sweden. He is known for writing about controversial and provocative issues, especially when he describes the struggle against the Iranian political system.

the beginning He wrote his first book, a collection of poems called "El regalo de Mina" (Armaghân-e Minâ), at the age of 18. From then on he worked as a journalist for several well-known magazines in Iran, such as the Keyhan newspaper. He has written 14 books in total, the book "Who pulls stones" (Che kasi sang miandâzad) attracted more attention. Written songs Assadi Mina has also written songs for Iranian singers such as Ebi ("Hala"), Dariush ("Zendegi Basie Jek" and "Javoon Ahay"), Hayedeh ("Onkeh jek rosi barajeh bodies khoda man"), Giti Oje Parvaz "), Ramesh (" Para aftabi, a Baroni ") and Nooshafarin (" Koh que ghavei ") to name a few.
