Mehmed Hoxha (Djakovica, November 29, 1908 - Belgrade, December 19, 1987) was a Yugoslavian politician of Kosovo Albanian origin, of the League of Communists of Kosovo (Savez Komunista Kosovo (I Metohija) (SKK)), the then any political party of Kosovo that was still in existence at the end of World War II.
Mehmed Hoxha is seen as the first head of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija of January 1, 1944, of July 11, 1945, as Chairman of the People's Liberation Commission. His successor was Fadil Hoxha, the first parliamentary president who would also become Kosovo's prime minister.
