K. R. T. Wasitodiningrat, also known as K.P.H. Notoprojo, Tjokrowasito or Wasitodipuro, (1909, Java - 2007) was a renowned gamelan musician. He led the gamelan of Paku Alaman Palace as well as Gamelan of the Radio of the Republic of Indonesia, beginning in 1934, and taught gamelan at universities of various countries. He composed music for dance drama in the 60's. His more than 250 compositions include numerous light pieces for gamelan lagu dolanan and experimental works kreasi baru. Scores of his works, as well as a series of 2 volumes of his notation for vocal music, are published by American Gamelan Institute. In March 2004, he received the Nugraha Bhakti Musik Indonesia Award.
