Peradeniya University Library is a library network managed centrally at the University of Peradeniya in the Asian country of Sri Lanka. It is considered to be the oldest university libraries in Sri Lanka and one of the major libraries in Sri Lanka today. It was founded as the College Library College in 1921. With the merger of the Ceylon University School and the Ceylon Medical College in 1942 to form Sri Lanka's first university, the University of Ceylon, the library became in part of that space. The Library would be transferred to Peradeniya only until 1952.
