Kerri Kenney-Silver


Kerri Kenney-Silver (born January 20, 1970 in Westport, Connecticut) is an American actress, singer, and screenwriter.

Kenney-Silver was born on the part of Sharon and Larry Kenney (actor known for his work as a voice actor). Kerri has a sister named Ashley and a brother named Tanner. During the 1990s, Kenney-Silver was part of a group of improvised comedy called The State, which was chosen to perform a program of sketches of the same name of the group by the chain MTV, that lasted three seasons that were issued during the years 1993 and 1995. After the end of the series, Kenney-Silver continued working with his groupmates on other projects, so in 1996 he was in charge of writing and starring roles in the series Viva Variety, which was broadcast by Comedy Central and lasted two seasons.

In 2000 Kenney-Silver began following in the footsteps of his father as a voice actor, performing the voice of Gravitina in the animated series Buzz Lightyear Star Command and varied voices in the series Invader Zim. He also had a lead role in the short series The Ellen Show and a brief appearance in the series Still Standing. In 2003, along with some members of the group The State joined the cast of the series of Comedy Central Reno 911! playing Trudy Wiegel.

Kenney-Silver was also the lead singer of the Indie female group Cake Like. She is married to Steven V. Siller, a film director; and has a son, who was born on August 6, 2005.
