A Product Services Catalog (PDC) is an application for describing and accessing (groups of) goods or services through a website. A PDC contains an overview of all products, product descriptions, applicable laws, terms, procedures, lead times and costs. A product services catalog is an important building block for the Dutch government's electronic services, which wants to make the electronic box the primary box.

The PDC can lead to a web form (from the web content management system) that allows a product request or information to be retrieved.
The PDC does not provide functionality for launching, executing and processing transactions, in other words, it does not allow you to arrange business immediately. Connected systems in the background can receive and pending an application.
