Malaysia's Most High Order Order, or "Darjah Yang Mulia Seri Mahkota Malaysia", was established on April 15, 1966 by the King of the Federation of Malaysia, Sultan Ismail Nasiruddin Shah of Terengganu, established knight order. The order is made for special merit while exercising influential functions awarded in three degrees.
The order follows its three degrees the example of the British Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, which was well known to the Malaysian Sultan. It is striking that a Malaysian commander does not necessarily carry a tunic on a ribbon around the neck. Here too, one would speak of a big cross in Europe.
The Great Commander's chain is of silver. One is wearing a four-pointed star with a blue ring inside a crown, on the chain or on a large ribbon. On the left breast, the first two degrees carry a star. The companions wear their star on a ribbon around the neck. Externe link
