La Zona Río is the financial district of the city of Tijuana and the fourth most important in Mexico. This zone is located at a strategic point, north of the city, 1km from the border line that separates Mexico from the United States. Close to Downtown and Tijuana International Airport. This financial district has hotels, restaurants, financial buildings, shopping plazas, condominiums, hospitals, sports areas, major avenues, cultural areas of importance in Mexico, Mexican and American trade as well as being the most modern areas of Mexico. The Skyline of Tijuana is the fourth largest in all of Mexico; the tallest buildings are: The 7 towers of New City (three standing), Las Torres (Plaza Agua Caliente) and Green View Tower.
