San Antonio de Padua Athletic Club, also known as the CASA de Padua, is a club in the city of San Antonio de Padua, Province of Buenos Aires. In 1995, the rugby team played in the first division of the URBA. At present club owns volleyball and basketball teams that compete in regional tournaments. The club was founded on December 12, 1926 as a football team that was named Club Lancaster; Two years later it took the name Club Atlético San Antonio de Padua. Located at 725 Independencia street, Landaburu neighborhood of San Antonio de Padua.

The founders were Saverio Pagnotta, José Santos Farris, Manuel Ramón, Carlos and Juan Hermida, "Tito" Juinsse, Guillermo Baldatti, Enrique Oltruba, Alvarado, Espinosa and Arce. The founders resorted to the nearby Ituzaingó Golf Club to buy their shirts. The golf partners ordered a shirt with the colors of the club: yellow, black and violet.

In the club was a neighborhood institution where various sports were practiced and various social and cultural activities such as carnival celebrations were held.

In 1981, the CASA forms its first rugby team incorporating the squad of the Padua Rugby Club.

The Padua Rugby had been founded in 1955 and internal events made the Padua Rugby players look for a club that would welcome them and they were received at the CASA de Padua.

In 1995, the CASA rugby team came to play in the first division of the URBA.

In 2013 the rugby and hockey team separated from the club and formed the CASA de Padua Rugby.
