Gurgen Bagration, sometimes named Gurgen II of Artanoudji (died 968), is a Georgian prince of the Bagration family.

The only son of Gourgen of Artanoudji and his wife, Achot's daughter of Artanoudji, he is part of the Bagration dynasty, a branch of the Armenian royal family of Bagratides. However, its existence is doubtful because the only contemporary source about it, De administrando imperio, of Constantine VII Porphyrogénète, tells that his father Gourgen dies young and without children. His older brother Adarnasse II then recovers his domains. However, the Life of Karthlie, of Vakhoucht Bagration, says that Gourgen actually succeeds his father, and that until his death, which would have occurred in 968.
