Ellen Joyce Loo


Ellen Joyce Loo is a Hong Kong singer and songwriter. She is also a Canadian national, a member of the Hong Kong electrofolk and the canopy music group AT17. She was born in Canada on March 27, 1986. Loo learned classical guitar from her father at the age of nine. He entered a music competition called "Original Music 2000" (原音 2000), at the hands of "Tom Lee Music", along with his older brother, PJ Loo in Hong Kong, together they won the third prize. Loo was then part of the AT17 group with Eman Lam.

In addition to writing songs for his own group, he has also been involved in the production and composition of music for other albums, notably other famous singers such as Kay Tse, Miriam Yeung, Sally Yeh and Ken Chu.
