Rafael Octavio Quirico Dottin (born December 7, 1969 in Santo Domingo) is a former Dominican pitcher who played in the Major League Baseball. Quirico appeared in a Philadelphia Phillies game in 1996. He was called from the minor leagues to make a comeback against the Cincinnati Reds on June 25, but only lasted an inning and two-thirds, allowing seven runs on four hits, giving him walks five batters and strikes a single. He was returned to the minor leagues, where he pitched another season before finishing his career.
