When Claire (Julie Bowen) goes to take out the trash, Dylan (Reid Edwig), Haley's boyfriend (Sarah Hyland), appears. When he tries to climb the stairs, Phil (Ty Burrel) calls him to finish watching the baseball game.
Jay (Ed O'Neill), is finishing up a plane to scale. Gloria (Sofia Vergara) tells Manny (Rico Rodrigue) that she should go to Luke's house (Nolan Gould), even though she does not want to.
Dylan decides to go to the car to wait for Haley. Phil decides to go to Jay's house to spend some time together.
Manny would play his favorite game to play with Luke, Empire. For the wedding of a friend of Claire, Alex does not want to wear a dress, despite what his mother says. Gloria proposes to take her to the mall.
Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) and Cam (Eric Stonestreet) go to Costco to buy diapers, but they obseisonan with the giant that is the place.
Manny and Claire have a brother talk, since Manny does not get along very well with Luke. In a restaurant, Gloria answers several questions like, how many men have slept or how many tattoos she has.
Jay and Phil fly the plane, but when Phil holds a hoop to get in the plane, Jay accidentally pays him in the nose.
Manny gives advice to Claire to deal with Alex. Gloria decides to ask Alex something: why she does not want to wear a dress, and Alex replies that she does not want to look like Haley and her friends. However, Gloria convinces her to copy a dress. Jay suddenly appears, carrying Phil. Jay apologizes and says he likes it.
