Wow 87-04 is a disc released to commemorate the 15th anniversary of Phobia
Before the release of the album the band asked the fans through its website to send their favorite songs. The response was great, and the songs chosen were announced, along with the two new songs, which had been heard at Fobia's return concerts.
The album was released in two versions, where the luxury one contained a DVD with a documentary of the return concert of the band, as well as all the videos of the singles released on their previous albums.
