Dimitrios Loundras

Dimitrios Loundras (September 4, 1885 - February 15, 1971) was a Greek gymnast. It competed in the Olympic Games of Athens of 1896.

Loundras competed at the Parallel Team Bars event, from the gymnastics program. He was member of the team Ethnikos Gymnastikos Syllogos, who was third (of three teams participating) in the Parallel Bars competition of the gymnastics program, winning the bronze medal. With 10 years and 218 days he is the youngest athlete of all Olympic games to win a medal, as long as the helmsmen of the rowing competition of the Olympic Games of Paris 1900, whose ages are unknown, are not taken into account. / p>

Loundras served, in both world wars, in the Greek navy, under the rank of admirer.
