Little pinchito

Shrimps of prawns.

The pinchitos are a typical dish from the south of Spain, it is believed to have influence from North Africa, hence they are also known as Moorish pinchos. Preparation

It is prepared with low-fat pork, which is cut into squares, then they are poured a little oil (to prevent them from sticking). Then they are placed in a dish and chopped garlic, tabasco, cumin, thyme, paprika, oregano, turmeric, salt and pepper are added. It is left for a while to catch the taste of the spices, and then the squares of meat are pierced through the skewers (wood or metal sticks), and put on the barbecue. Varieties

Another form is the shrimp skewers, in which peeled prawns (or prawns) are used instead of pieces of meat.
