Museum of Romantic Life
The Musée de la Vie romantique is a small museum in Paris devoted to the painter Ary Scheffer and his friends and contemporaries.
The museum is located in the villa in the rue Chaptal, when it was located outside the city, which involved Ary Scheffer in 1830, and the studio and the reception hall he built. The collection includes works by the painter and his students and documents about George Sand. Furthermore, there are exhibitions of contemporaries.
