Cerro Viejo is a mountain located in the municipality of Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, in Jalisco, Mexico. It reaches 2970 masl, which places it in the third most important elevation in the state of Jalisco. Currently the mountain is located in the state area of hydrological protection of Cerro Viejo. In 2013, the Jalisco state government declared this mountain as a protected natural area. It has approximately 23,000 hectares. El Cerro Viejo has a wide variety of flora and fauna.
