The Monumental Zone of Yanahuara is the historic center of the Villa Hermosa de Yanahuara in the district of the same name, in the Department of Arequipa, Peru. The monumental zone is "Cultural Patrimony of the Nation" since 1972, and it is located 2 kilometers from Arequipa's Plaza de Armas, on the periphery of the Historic Center of Arequipa.The monumental area is famous for its churches and alleys built with Andalusian style.
