Theophilus III van Jerusalem (Grieks: The Patriarch of Jerusalem Theophilus III) (Messini, 4 April 1952) is the Grieks-orthodox patriarch of Jerusalem.

Theophilus III was born as Elias Giannopoulos (Greek: Ηλίας Γιαννόπουλος). He has been the 141th patriarch of the Holy City of Jerusalem and all of Palestine since August 22, 2005. He then followed Ireneus I, after being out of office. For his appointment he was Archbishop of the Taborberg. Prior to that he was a priest in Galilee from 1991 until 1996.
