Baby Star

Baby Star is a historic German brand of auxiliary engines.

The German company, Mepps, built this small pilot cylinder with Stellwagen license. The block had to be mounted above the front wheel of a bicycle.

It was a very special engine because it seemed to be completely symmetrical to the left and right of the front wheel. To the right of the wheel was the cylinder, both covered and covered with a cap. Above the front wheel was the carburettor and the headlamp, to the left of the front wheel, the same construction was on the right. However, that was not the case: the hood above the "cylinder" was the gas tank and the "cylinder" itself had the same cooling ribs as the right but no spark plug. There was a hole because this was a cylinder disguised exhaust.
