Dieterdermolen


The Dieterdermolen is a water mill in Dieteren in the Dutch municipality of Echt-Susteren. On a memorial is the year 1806, but since the thirteenth century there is a mill at this place. Since 1901, the Dieter Mill has been a turbine mill driven by the Roodebeek water. The device comprises two grinding wheels: 1 torque 16der French stones and 1 torque 16der artificial stones, which are powered by belts. Until the 1960s, the mill was sometimes in operation.
