Do not stay

In the field of Buddhism, especially in Zen Buddhism, Non-permanence (Apratisthita in Sanskrit) refers to the practice of evading mental constructions during daily life. That is, any other time when you do not practice meditation (zazen).

Some Buddhist schools consider Apratisthita Nirvana ("cessation of non-permanence") at the highest levels of Buddhahood.

The Diamond Sutra, classic Buddhist text, chronicles the idea of non-permanence. The concept seems to have origin in the first century in the Indian Buddhist philosopher Nāgārjuna, whose version of Śūnyatā or emptiness, implies that the entities neither exist, nor they do not exist.
