Nuea (in Thai script: เนื้อ) is a typical meat dish in Thai cuisine, the word Nuea means in Thai: "meat" or more precisely "veal". It is then the denomination of a generic dish of the Thai kitchen that contains meat, the denomination Nuea is used in some of them like for example: Nuea daed deaw (meat of dried veal in the sun), Nuea pad prik (fillets with chiles), Kuaitiao nuea (meat soup with noodles), and Yum Nuea (meat salad).
