The Sealand dollar is the currency used in the Principality of Sealand, a microstate founded on a military base built during the Second World War. Sealand started generating its currency in 1972. The first coin to be launched was the 10-dollar coin. More coins have been created throughout 1975 and 1977, introducing the 20 and 100 dollar coins. The 10 dollar coin is made of a 925 silver plate and the 100 dollar coin has a fine gold bath. List of currencies
