The Dolmen de Hidalgo or Dolmen of El Agostado was a megalithic monument located in the Spanish municipality of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, located in the province of Cádiz, in Andalusia. The dolmen appeared in the 1970s in the El Agostado vineyard, as a result of the construction of a water tank. It was excavated by Juan de Mata Carriazo and Arroquia and was baptized with the name of the owner of the land where it appeared, who helped the excavation and to save the trousseau. After his study the dolmen was destroyed to build a pool of water in its place. Bibliography
