Bruckner Orchestra Linz


The Bruckner Orchestra Linz (BOL) is the symphony and opera (music) orchestra of the Austrian city of Linz.

History

From Linzer Theaterorchester, transformed into a Reichsgauorchester in 1938, during the rebuilding of the Second World War, the Linzer Theater and Symphonieorchester, which was born in 1967 under the chief conductor Kurt Wöss, called Bruckner Orchester Linz (BOL ) received.
