Ernesto Ocampo


Ernesto Ocampo Alcázar (Mexico City, D.F., November 15, 1976), Mexican sports journalist, specializing in professional wrestling. His texts are notable for a style in which he engages his knowledge in fields such as literature, politics and society. Since 2003, he has been an Editorial Director, Editor-in-Chief, Editor and Designer of the magazine Super Luchas, where he was a collaborator since 1998 and was a founding member and columnist of Revista Luchas 2000 from 2000 to 2003.

In 2001, he founded alongside Manuel Flores the X-LAW (Xtreme Latin American Wrestling) wrestling company, the first extreme wrestling company in Mexico.

Super Fights has established itself as one of the most recognized professional wrestling magazines in the world, with direct recognition by the main promotions, including the four largest in the world by number of fans: WWE, TNA, NJPW and CMLL.
