The Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands (BOIB) is the Official Gazette of the Spanish Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands. It publishes the general provisions, administrative acts and texts that, by virtue of legal or regulatory provision, must be published in the same for its legal validity or legal effectiveness.
It is published regularly 3 times a week: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and if necessary, any number of extraordinary bulletins may exist any day of the week without exception. The administration, edition and distribution depends on the Ministry of the Presidency of the Government of the Balearic Islands.
