The Aiguá Stream is a Uruguayan water course located in the east of the country, belonging to the watershed of the Merín Lagoon.
Born in the Sierra de Carapé and its course marks the boundaries between the departments of Maldonado and Lavalleja and later between this and Rocha. After traveling 80 kilometers it flows into the river Cebollatí.
Its main tributaries are the Alférez stream, the Sarandí Grande stream and the Marmarajá stream, which also leads to the Arroyos stream.
