Jerónimo Arenal is a Spanish actor, born in Barranca-Lima (Peru), on June 8, 1968. From a Peruvian mother and Spanish father, before turning 3 he moved to Santander in Spain, a city where he has grown up and where he began his approach to the theater. He currently directs and acts in Seville where he has lived since 1995, mainly as a member of the stable team of Atalaya Teatro, directed by Ricardo Iniesta, who won the National Theater Award in 2008. He has taken part in his last eleven productions, highlighting the incarnations of the protagonists of Richard III by Shakespeare, for which he won several national awards in 2011 and Marat / Sade premiered at the Teatre Lliure in Barcelona in 2015. He has given workshops of interpretation in several Spanish cities and is part of the pedagogical team of the Laboratory of the International Theater Research Center TNT.
