East Wall (An Irish Port Thoir) is a neighborhood in the northern part of Dublin, Ireland. It is bounded by North Strand Road to the west, North Wall to the south, and East Wall Road to the north. It is linked to Ringsend by the East-Link Bridge, and to Fairview by Annesley Bridge.
East Wall is also the starting point for the tunnel between the port and the airport.
Originally the neighborhood was a laborer because the port attracted a lot of work. From now on, it attracts a more affluent population due to its proximity to the city center and the IFSC.
Famous playwright Seán O'Casey grew up in East Wall.
