Rába (vrachtautomerk)

Raba is a former truck mark from Hungary.

The Raba brand was founded in 1904. After eight years of development, the first truck of the brand came on the market in 1912. From 1930, the company was authorized to use engines of the MAN brand. However, during the Second World War the factory was dismantled by German occupiers. In 1968, the company began to develop trucks by investing from DAF and MAN.

At Raba, a number of buses of the type Jonckheere Communo were licensed in the nineties. These buses were sold as Contact Type and Premier in the local market. Models
