Hoshina Masamitsu (Keiko Masamitsu; 1561 - 31 oktober 1631) was een daimyo uit de Japanse Sengoku - periode. Masamitsu was een zoon van Hoshina Masanao.
After Masamitsu had supported Tokigawa Ieyasu at Sekigahara (1600), he received Takato's domain as a glory. With his father's death that same year he also became the head of the Hoshina clan. He joined the Osaka Siege (1614/1615).
Masamitsu was honored to adopt the fourth son of Tokugawa Hidetada - Tokugawa Yukimatsu - later known as Hoshina Masayuki.
