The tramway of Tavernes Blanques-Nazaret Metrovalencia will be a tram line (in surface and underground) After 11 years in state of abandonment on June 12, Ximo Puig announced the resumption of works thanks to the funds of the ERE. This resumption consists of two phases. This future line will link the northern districts of Valencia de Orriols and Torrefiel and the town of Tavernes Blanques, north of the city, with the network of Metro Valencia. The first section will begin in Tavernes Blanques to continue for the following stations that in principle are going to explode under line 6: Sant Miquel dels Reis, Estadi del Llevant, Orriols and Alfauir. This stretch will take longer to build, since the works have begun in the second stretch (urban center) and third stretch (south). At the moment there are no dates for the beginning of the works of the northern section.

The second section of this line will pass through Tous stations (currently part of line 4, Serrans, El Carme, Mercat, Xàtiva (lines 3 and 5), and will reach the future Parc Central (Alacant station). the section with greater depth within the network of MetroValencia as it should pass through the historic center.This will allow the Mercat Central station to have above a multi-storey car park.

This third section will be divided into two branches from the Ciutat de les Arts Ciències station; the first will communicate with the port through the new PAI of the Grau and the second will communicate with the neighborhood of Nazareth. The stations of the southern stretch to Nazareth will be Alacant, Russafa, General Urrutia - Montolivet, Ciutat de la Justice, Ciutat de les Arts Ciències, l'Oceanogràfic, Moreres and Natzaret, while the other section is expected to run along Avenida of France.
