Gundruk


Gundruk (गुन्द्रुक) (Nepali) is a typical dish of Nepalese cuisine that claims to be one of the national dishes. It is a fermented food from vegetables with green leaves (saag): a kind of spinach . It is usually served as a main dish or as a side dish accompanying another main dish. Gundruk is a fairly good source of minerals.
