Wafaa Diqa Hamzé is a Lebanese politician.
Specialist in agricultural issues and rural development, senior official at the Lebanese Ministry of Agriculture, she represented Lebanon in many meetings of FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations). p>
Close to Speaker Nabih Berri, she joined the government of Omar Karamé in October 2004 as Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs. With Leila Solh Hamadé, she is the first Lebanese woman in history to be part of a government.
