Antonio Sarmiento de Luna and Enríquez (Salvatierra,? - Sigüenza, August 28, 1661) was a Spanish ecclesiastic.
Son of the Count of Salvatierra Diego Sarmiento de Sotomayor and Mendoza and his wife Leonor Sarmiento de Luna, brother of Garcia Sarmiento de Sotomayor, who was viceroy of New Spain and Peru, and Francisco Antonio Sarmiento y Luna , who became bishop of Michoacan.
After completing his studies at the College of San Bartolomé of the University of Salamanca, he was canon of Toledo, archpriest of Gomara in the church of Osma, prefect of Antequera in Málaga, councilor of Orders, bishop of Coria and of Sigüenza.
