What the hell is such homeopathy?

What the hell is such homeopathy? is a cartoon made by the popular Mexican caricaturist Rius (Eduardo del Río). It narrates in a pleasant and simple way, with the characteristic dose of black humor and political satire that distinguishes the author, who was Samuel Hahnemann, what is the origin of Homeopathy, how it works and, from his point of view, why this medicine is so criticized. History

According to the page www.comics.org, the cartoon What the hell is such homeopathy? it was originally published in 1968, being number 57 of the series Los Agachados. It consists of 32 pages and was printed by Editorial Posada.

For the edition of this story, Rius relied on the opinion of Dr. Roberto Mendiola Quezada, "one of the great homeopathic doctors of Mexico. He knew of my desire to make a number of the cartoon Los Agachados dedicated to homeopathy, and that's why he provided me with various materials that were adapted to the comic. "

According to the author, the original intention of this cartoon was to create a book, but the project was postponed and the ideal conditions were never given. Rius explains on the back cover of the 2014 reprint of the comic: "I always wanted to turn this short booklet into a book, but I have not had the time and the courage to do it. I do not feel old enough to undertake that task (I am 80 years old). No way. "

What the hell is such homeopathy? It has been reprinted at least twice; one of them was on the occasion of an anniversary of the National School of Medicine and Homeopathy (IPN), and in 2014 it has been reissued by Propulsora de Homeopatía (Similia). Bibliography
