National Free Alliance Front (FNAL) was a Spanish political organization of falangista inspiriación constituted in 1968 by Manuel Hedilla after his march of the radical Front Syndicalist Revolutionary of Narciso Perales.
During the Franco era was under the cover of the Editorial FNAL. In 1970, to the death of Hedilla, was made with the leadership Patricio González de Canales. In 1976 participated in a congress of unification of the Falange that gave origin to the Spanish Falange of the JONS (Auténtica).
