Manuel Rius i Rius (Barcelona, 1883 - 1971) was a politician of Catalonia, Spain, son of Francisco de Paula Rius and Taulet and second Marquess of Olèrdola.
Influenced by Jaume Carner, he embraced republicanism and was a member of the Republic Nationalist Center, but soon after he decided on liberalism contrary to republican autonomy. He was Mayor of Barcelona from 1916 to 1917, and in 1919 he was one of the founders of the National Monarchical Union together with Alfons Sala i Argemí.
