The Holy Cross Hermitage or Eremo Santa Croce is a hermitage in the Roveredo Capriasca mountains above Lugano. It was founded by theologian and hermit Gabriël Bunge in the early 1980s. There he wrote several of his more famous books, including Irdene Gefäße. Also in this vault, Fra Raffaele died in 2003. Service grave in the abbey church of Einsiedeln attracts many visitors.
The hermitage consists of several buildings from the eighteenth and nineteenth century, used to be used as livestock in the past.
