Bankoude

Bankoude is a Chadian village founded in 1912 by Gondje-Gue-Mbaiäutayo. The name of the village can be translated as "between two backwaters".

It is located in the region of Logone Oriental, in the extreme south of Chad, close to the Moundou bridge. The main activity of Bankoude is that, food, a rural village, agriculture, breeding, hunting, fishing and gathering.
