Peter H. Gilmore

Peter H. Gilmore is an American writer and the "High Priest" of the Church of Satan ("Church of Satan"). He was named High Priest by Magistra Blanche Barton in 2001. The members of the church speak to him as Magus Peter H. Gilmore, High Priest of the Church of Satan.

As a representative of the Church of Satan, he has given many interviews over both television and radio and newspapers over the years. Lifecycle

Gilmore was born and raised in New York City. When he was thirteen, he first read the Satanic Bible and described Satanism as an influence that changed his life forever. In 1989, he and his wife Peggy Nadramia started making a satanic newspaper, The Black Flame. This newspaper still exists today. The Satanic Scriptures

On Walpurgisnacht 2007 his book The Satanic Scriptures appeared. In that book, Gilmore has collected all his stories and interviews about satanism. In October 2007, the paperback version of his book was published (ISBN 0976403595). In the book, he also provides information about rituals to be followed by members of the church, such as satanic weddings or funerals.
