Minnie the Minx (literally "Minnie the Chick") is a comic book series created by British author Leo Baxendale. It has been published in the children's weekly The Beano since December 19, 1953. After the departure of Baxendale in 1962, the series was animated by Jim Petrie (1962-2001), Tom Paterson (2001-2008) and Ken Harrison ( 2008 -) .
