Cyclemaster

Cyclemaster is a historic British brand of motorized bikes and scooters

The company name was: Cyclemaster Ltd., EMI, Hayes Middlesex.

The Cyclemaster was in fact an assistant engine of the Dutch Berini mounted in a rear wheel.

In the United Kingdom, the block (with wheel) was sold from 1950, in the Netherlands alone in a special bicycle frame. The engine actually formed a big wheel hub, which also included the fuel tank. The 26cc engine pushed the coupling through a chain, while a second chain pushed the wheel hub itself. In 1952, the cylinder capacity was increased to 32 cc. In 1953, EMI launched the "Roundsman" on the market. This was a complete transport bike with a small front wheel.

EMI also built the British version of the Piatti scooters. Cyclemate

In 1955, the company moved to Chertsey in Surrey and later in that year, production went to Britax in London. Here the "Cyclemate" was released, a type of moped bike whose motor was in front of the staircase of a Norman frame. In 1960, the production of the Cyclemate was terminated.
