The Toppins was a microprogram of Chilean television of black humor, emitted by Megavision during three seasons from 1993. Its personages were dolls, designed by Jose Covacevic, that represented diverse political personalities, sport and of the Chilean spectacle, between which were the then president of Chile Eduardo Frei Ruiz-Tagle, General Augusto Pinochet and tennis player Marcelo Ríos.
The title of the program is due to the appearance of the tops and in, that is, the characters of the moment of the national news. Characters
