The Cepher Foundation was a Dutch foundation aimed at promoting (Friesian) literature, literature and journalism. Cepher was founded in February 2002 by the Frisian writers Eeltsje Hettinga and Elske Schotanus and was established in Heerenveen.
Cepher sought to achieve her goals by publishing (digital and / or paper) magazines, books and other editions, by the editorial guidance of writers and poets, and by giving courses.
